Five formats: AI Due Diligence (2–4 weeks), an Executive Briefing (60–90 minutes), a Leadership Workshop (half day), Applied Workflow Design (full day), and Retained Advisory (monthly).

It takes 2–4 weeks and runs alongside the commercial workstream. It covers sector AI relevance and disruption pressure, the current operating-model baseline, workflow-level opportunities, systems and data readiness, management and change readiness, and legal and governance friction. The output is a board-ready report with a prioritised action plan and a 12–24 month post-acquisition value creation plan.

No. It is not a replacement for legal, commercial, cyber, or technology diligence. It is an operating review of how AI changes the investment case and what management should do after close, and it feeds questions and workflow economics into the other workstreams.

Ninety minutes with your management team on how to set objectives for AI-driven work, delegate to it, and know whether it is performing. You leave with a shared operating model framework, three to five prioritised workflow candidates, and a one-page Plan, Implement, Review primer.

Our published services are advisory: diligence, briefings, workshops, workflow design, and retained advisory. Where a client needs technical implementation, it is scoped in a proposal after a workshop rather than sold as a standard package. Applied Workflow Design produces a design your team can run without us.
